PayPal

PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay in online shops securely, easily and quickly – and for free.

Safe: Your bank or credit card details are only stored with PayPal. Therefore, they are not sent over the Internet again every time you make an online purchase.

Simple: You pay with two clicks. This is because you use the bank or credit card details stored with PayPal instead of entering them again for each purchase. Payments with PayPal arrive quickly.

Paying with PayPal – It’s that easy

After you have placed the desired goods in the shopping cart and proceeded to checkout, select PayPal as the payment method on the payment and shipping methods page and click "Continue". After confirming the details, you will be redirected to the selected online payment service via a secure connection. You can then use the online payment service directly. The following two short instructions explain how it works:

( Info – Pay with PayPal )

Payment by direct debit (PayPal)

If you select the "PayPal direct debit" payment method, PayPal will debit the invoice amount from the customer's bank account on behalf of the seller after issuing a SEPA direct debit mandate, but not before the expiry of the advance notification period. Advance notification ("pre-notification") is any communication (e.g. invoice, policy, contract) to the customer that announces a debit via SEPA direct debit. If the direct debit is not honored due to insufficient account funds or due to incorrect bank details being provided, or if the customer objects to the debit even though they are not entitled to do so, the customer must bear the fees incurred by the respective credit institution for the chargeback if they are responsible for this.

Payment on invoice (PayPal)

If the payment method "PayPal invoice" is selected, the seller assigns his payment claim to PayPal. Before accepting the seller's declaration of assignment, PayPal carries out a credit check using the customer data transmitted. The seller reserves the right to refuse the customer the payment method "PayPal invoice" if the result of the check is negative. If the payment method "PayPal invoice" is approved by PayPal, the customer must pay the invoice amount to PayPal within 30 days of receiving the goods, unless PayPal specifies a different payment deadline. In this case, he can only pay to PayPal with a debt-discharging effect. However, even in the event of the assignment of claims, the seller remains responsible for general customer inquiries, e.g. regarding the goods, delivery time, shipping, returns, complaints, cancellation notices and shipments or credit notes. In addition, the general terms and conditions for the use of PayPal's purchase on account apply, which can be viewed at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/pui-terms .
